About Novalife Home Care
Novalife is a non-medical home care agency serving families across Connecticut. We are licensed, insured, and locally operated. Every day, our team supports older adults and people in need of care so they can stay in the homes they have built their lives in.
Our Founder
Novalife was founded by Susana after a personal experience made clear what most home care agencies get wrong: the people receiving care are not cases to be managed. They are individuals with routines, preferences, and a very specific idea of what their day should feel like. Susana built Novalife around that conviction. The agency started small, stayed local, and grew because families trusted what they saw: caregivers who showed up on time, knew their person, and communicated honestly with the family.

To give older adults and people in need of care the support they need to stay home, and to give their families the peace of mind that makes that possible.
