Novalife wasn’t built in a corporate office. It started when our founder Susana watched her neighbor Francesca struggle and recognized what was actually missing: not a service, but someone who showed up knowing her name, her routines, and what mattered to her.
That standard is harder to scale than a checklist. We have spent years trying. Every caregiver we bring on is vetted not just for skill, but for character. We look for people who ask how are you really doing and actually wait for the answer.
